RETURNS
You can return one or more items, without ever having used them, within 14 days from the delivery date and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products or a code for the same amount to be used for the purchase of other products on our site.
The return is free throughout Italy within 14 days of receiving the order,
at your expense for all orders delivered outside Italy.
We cannot accept returns of items that are not in the same condition in which they were sent and received.
BEFORE RETURNING
Check that you have the following requirements before sending the goods and follow these simple instructions in order to receive the refund as soon as possible:
- check that each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and that it is packaged carefully and in an orderly manner;
- check that all the original labels are perfectly intact and that they have not been removed from the garment, otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund of the product because the products would no longer be salable;
- each returned item can only be worn to try it on. It must not have been worn for any other purpose or washed, ironed, and/or treated in any way;
- the footwear for which the return is requested must not have been used. The original box is considered an integral part of the product and must be returned intact, without signs, writings or deformations. The original box cannot be used as the only external packaging for shipping;
IMPORTANT: if the conditions listed above are not respected we will not be able to accept the return. If you request it, the items will be returned to you at your expense.
If you decide to use a courier of your choice to return your order, the package containing the return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouses. This means that we are not responsible for any loss, damage due to poor packaging or delay in delivery of the return.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1 - log in with the same email you used to create your account at the time of purchase,
click "my account" then click on "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS";
2 - click "Details" in the order that contains the items to be returned, select the items you want to return;
3 - write a message with the reason for the return indicating whether you prefer a refund or a voucher for the same amount
then click "SEND RETURN REQUEST";
Returns for Italy are always free within 14 days from the delivery date (including holidays and weekdays).
After accepting the return, we will book the collection of the goods at the address indicated.
The return of orders delivered outside Italy is the responsibility of the customer.
We remind you that you can start a return procedure within 14 days from the delivery date (including holidays and weekdays). After this deadline, the return procedure will no longer be available.
REIMBURSEMENT
As soon as we receive your package, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been respected, if the procedure has been carried out correctly we will make a total refund (excluding any shipping costs paid, a service you have already used) the refund will take place through the same payment method used during the purchase phase.
If the order was paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
As an alternative to a refund, you can choose to receive a Store Credit - equal to the amount of the returned item - to be reused across the entire catalog and without time limits.

NB: if you have taken advantage of free shipping by purchasing multiple items in a single order, if one or more items are returned so as not to reach the minimum purchase value threshold for achieving free shipping, you will be refunded the full value of the returned items less the cost of minimum unpaid shipping (€4.90 in Italy, variable for other destinations)
